Mindful Yoga and Meditation

Both Angela and Dennis are certified, registered yoga teachers (RYT). We are also highly-trained meditation teachers. We teach Mindful Yoga and Meditation which combines both classical and restorative poses with a focus on mindfulness.

We also facilitate Yoga and Meditation workshops and retreats.
